Because this piece has only two legs and one point of contact at the
base, I welded a frame of angle
iron which I welded to a metal plate
(This was later bolted to the floor).
A fibre-optic cable runs up the left
leg and around the etched glass top.
When the cable is lit, the Star of
David etching shines in the glass.
